Silver Wings is proud to present Ms. Molly Mae Potter with the 2022 National Honorary President Award!

Born and raised in North Carolina, Molly Mae Potter developed a passion for aviation, science, and space from an early age. With a desire to continue to support her fellow women veterans, Molly Mae Potter ran for, and won, the title of Ms. Veteran America 2016. She actively serves as an elected member of the Air Force Association Board of Directors at Large and as the Austin Chapter President. She is also a Trustee for the Arnold Air Society and Silver Wings national organizations, working together to develop future leaders through community service, professional development, and education about our national defense. As well, she is active in promoting veteran entrepreneurship and, in 2017, was named a National Military Influencer and is a co-founder of a successful tech start-up that delivers metadata solutions for Defense Applications and Critical Infrastructure.

Ms. Potter holds a master’s in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Business master’s in Technology Commercialization from the University of Texas. She currently lives in Austin, Texas with her family, where she leads Security Governance and Operations for the Client Solutions Group at Dell Technologies.
